Frequently asked questions
Yes, absolutely! Pilates is for everyone, whether you're a beginner to Pilates or advanced, everyone benefit from our classes. Throughout class there are modifications and progression options so that you can tailor the class to meet your body where you are at that day.
You will need to book you class online via our website, here you can create an account. With your account you are able to manage class package/memberships, book classes and add or change payment options.
First of all, we are excited to have you in! We ask that you show up 10 minutes early, we will go through how the reformer works and get you set up and feeling comfortable.
Please make sure that you either have grippy socks with you or feel free to purchase some in the studio. Wear your athletic clothing and be sure to bring some water!
We do require grip socks, you are welcome to bring ones you already have or we have them available for purchase in the studio. We recommend wearing activewear that is comfortable to move around in and that you feel confident in! We do recommend something slightly more fitted as there will be lots of movement and that way you can focus on your workout and not worry about adjusting looser fitting clothing. And don't forget something to keep you hydrated!
We kindly ask that you show up for class on time and stay the whole duration of the class. If you do need to leave early please feel free to let us know.
You are more than welcome to take photos/videos before and after class. We would love if you would tag us and share the love! Please be mindful of other clients in the studio and if they are in your frame please ask for consent to post. We ask that you do not film during class.
Please refrain from using your phone during class, we would love for you to be fully present and get the most out of each class!
Most of all we want you to have fun! We want to spread kindness and positivity and cultivate a supportive community!
We kindly ask for safety reasons and for respect of other clients that you show up no later than 5 minutes late to class. The class will start promptly at the scheduled time.
We kindly ask that you cancel your class up to 6 hours before class. Any cancellation after that will incur a $10 cancellation fee. If you no show your class there will be a $15 fee. We know that life happens and sometimes things come up that are out of your control. If this is the case, please reach out via text or email and we are happy to evaluate on a case by case basis.
We kindly ask that you get clearance from your doctor before starting any new exercise programs.
If you are a current member that becomes pregnant, please let us know so we are able to modify your movements. If you are a new member that has not done Pilates before we require a private session before getting into group classes.
If you have just had your sweet little one, we ask that you wait until you are cleared by your doctor.
If injured, we recommend taking the time to heal before getting back into class. We want to make sure that you are able to get the most out of your workouts without continuing to injure or put strain on yourself.
We are always happy to assist in modifying your workout to meet you where you are at when you are returning to the studio.
We always encourage you schedule a Private session if you are wanting some one on one guidance and extra attention. These Private sessions can be helpful for many new clients, as well at pre/postnatal clients and even people that are frequent Reformer Pilates goers. The minimum age to participate in class is 18. If you are 16 or 17 and would like to join we will need parent consent in order for you to participate.

Yes, absolutely! We understand life happens and you might need a break for personal reasons, if that is the case please reach out and we are happy to put your account on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 4 months.
When you sign up for auto renewal you are committing to a minimum of 2 months. After that we kindly ask that you provide us with 30 days notice prior to your next billing cycle if you need to cancel your membership.
We require 30 day notice prior to you next billing cycle for auto renewal membership cancellations. There are no fees for cancelling, although we will be sad to see you go!
Class packages are valid for 6 months.
